Their experienced staff are friendly and helpful. Doing everything they can to ensure you have a great time. Their kindness was above and beyond. Can't recommend them highly enough.

1. What is included?

Includes

  • Park fees, Government fees, and taxes
  • Shared accommodation
  • Toyota 4x4 land cruisers
  • English speaking guides
  • Food
  • Bottled water

Excludes

  • Tips for the guide
  • Insurance
  • International flights
  • Travel insurance
  • Accommodation before or after the safari

2. What is the weather like?

The weather can vary whilst on safari. Generally, the mornings and evening are cooler and it can get hot during the day. Expect hot and dry afternoons with dusty tracks in the dry season and muddy tracks in the wet season. If travelling in the dry season, then a buff would be advisable.

3. Are the drivers qualified and what vehicle will we be in?

Absolutely and they are trained in the field of wildlife and tour guiding. Travel through the National Park in a 4x4 land cruiser whilst your charming and knowledgeable guide shows you some of the best wildlife that the park has to offer. Flat tyres are quite common given the terrain but are dealt with fairly quickly and with little inconvenience.

4. What should I wear?

Pack light as you will be spending most of your time in the safari vehicle. It can be generally hot during the day, so sunhats, suncream, sunglasses are recommended. In the morning and evenings it can be a little cooler, so pack a sweater, fleece or jacket.

5. Do you cater for all dietary requirements?

Yes, just make sure you put your dietary requirements on your registration form which can be found at 'My Dashboard' on your Skyhook account.

6. Will I need any money?

There are opportunities to buy souvenirs at a few shops when on safari. Also, a tip for the guide will go a long way.

7. Is it safe?

Wild animal attacks are extremely rare and no such incident has ever happened with the guides we use. However, it is important to abide by the rules set by the National Park and always listen to the advice from your guide.

8. How old do I need to be?

The minimum age for this trip is 7.

9. Do I need immunisations?

We can't advise you on this, but we recommend you check at http://www.fitfortravel.nhs.uk/home.aspx  .
