Meet your guide at Agadir airport at anytime. You'll then head over to the west coast, to the town of Taghazout. You'll settle into your accommodation, then dive straight into your first yoga session. Afterwards, you'll enjoy some dinner on the terrace, overlooking the beach.
You'll wake nice and early with a morning yoga session, before heading to the beach for your first surf lesson. The lesson is for beginners who have never surfed before, but also intermediates that want to improve their skills. Today is all about getting used to the movement of the board and building up confidence in the water.
After lunch and some more surfing, you'll stretch out your muscles with another yoga session, before heading off for some dinner. As the sun begins to set, you'll have the option to join a guided meditation session - it's a great way to reduce any stress and promote positive emotions.
Now that you've got the swing of things, your guide will help you to progress your skills on the waves. Learn how to paddle, pop up, turn and even read the waves so you can start to catch move waves for longer.
Before heading out to one of Taghazout's many restaurants, you'll have an opportunity to enjoy a sunset yoga session.
Today your guide will teach you the important skills of reading the beach for rips and currents - important for keeping you safe but also allows you to know which waves are the best to surf.
In the evening you'll have the option to enjoy a Yoga Nidra session which focuses on restoration. This session is guided by your teacher and is done in silence.
Today will be your final chance to polish up your surf skills. The guide will help you to combine all the skills that you have learnt during the week, to grab some waves.
In the evening, you'll enjoy a final yoga session with your new surf mates, before heading into Taghazout for dinner.
After a final breakfast with your new friends, your guide will drive you back to the airport in time for your flight.
You will be collected from Agadir airport (AGA) at anytime on day 1 of your itinerary. We recommend arriving by 4.30pm however, to make the most of the first day (with the Yoga starting at 6pm).

This trip is suitable for both beginners who have had little, or no experience. It is also aimed at intermediate surfers who want to improve their technique. Your guide will adjust the lesson to suit your ability. You need to be able to swim and tread water.
The groups have a maximum of 18 people.
Absolutely! We get lots of solo travellers - it's a great way to meet like-minded people.
Breakfast - traditional Moroccan style which will typically consist of pancakes, jams, baguettes, eggs, juice, coffee, tea.
Lunch - packed lunches typically consisting of sandwiches, salads, fruit, biscuits, nuts.
Dinner - there are many highly rated restaurants in the area which serve delicious Moroccan food. This is typically tagines and couscous.
Most dietary requirements can be catered for.
Bottled water is cheap in Taghazout (5 dirhams / 40p), and is available everywhere. You can also bring a water purifier if you prefer.
Morocco is a great destination that often boasts year-round sunshine. In summer, the temperatures in Taghazout can be around 20 - 35 degrees Celcius. In winter the temperatures can range from 15- 26 degrees Celcius.
You can leave anything you don't need in your apartment.
There is a huge variety to suit most abilities in Morocco. Whether you are looking for small waves to practise on, or larger waves to improve your skills - you will not be disappointed.
You'll learn how to paddle, turn, pop up, correct stance and safety when on the beach and waves.

Taghazout is abit of a mecca for surfing, but there are many other cool things to do. You can relax with some yoga, go on a hike, go shopping in the souks or even go for a traditional massage.
