Every trip on our platform is led by a local expert guide (Host) who shares our values. We hand-pick our Hosts based on a strict set of criteria that meet our gold standard promise.
As our tribe of adventure-seekers grows, so does our need for partnering with the cream of the crop in local guides. As an approved Skyhook Host, we’ll help you shine even brighter.

We’re setting the gold standard for service, safety, and sustainability in adventure travel. Hosts who meet Skyhook’s qualifying criteria and get approved to list on our platform reassure travellers that they can book with confidence.
Without a doubt, part of what makes Skyhook so appealing is the diverse community we partner with. No two Hosts are the same, in the same way that every trip on the platform is unique. That said, there are some common threads that tie our Hosts together:

🥇 Directly execute tours and don’t resell trips that belong to other operators.

🥇 Stellar reputation within the local community, with past guests, as well as online.
🥇 Uphold and demonstrate a commitment to sustainability and positively impacting the local destination.
🥇 Hold the relevant operating licenses, registrations, certifications, and insurance that apply to the trips on offer.
🥇 Excellent customer service. Ready to respond daily to customer enquiries, including on weekends and holidays.
