Day 1: Snowshoe, Sledging and Igloo Dining

You will be met by your guide at Geneva airport at 11am, and driven to a village called Trient. From here you'll be kitted up with snowshoes and poles, before heading out on the trek. In the afternoon, you'll spend time sledging the 3km long slopes, before heading to a hidden igloo for a lovely feast and a few drinks. Afterwards the group accommodation is nearby, in a Swiss mountain hut.

Day 2: Snowshoe to the Mountain Hut

An early start today as you snowshoe up to a remote mountain hut at 2000m, through deep snow. From the mountain hut, you will have incredible views of the Mont Blanc Valley and its neighboring mountains. In the evening, you will have an opportunity to rest in front of the fire, whilst your guides prepare you a 3-course meal.

Day 3: Snowshoe and Evening Departure

After a nice breakfast, you will start your descent down the mountain through deep snow – It’s a lot of fun! You’ll arrive back at Geneva Airport by 3:30pm ready, for evening flights home.

This is for absolutely for EVERYONE. Whether you’ve done it, not done it, are sportive, or not, men, women, couple, family, alone, friends.... you simply have no excuse !

Raphael and Agna is a lovely couple guide who love what they do and will make you have a great moment. Being on the top of a snowy mountain, looking at amazing landscapes, having a delicious apéritive by the fire, eating fondue in an igloo... this is just a glimpse of the great experience you will get. Words don’t give justice to living the experience, so one wise advise for everyone, JUST DO IT ! (And no for the sceptical ones, I’m not being paid for this comment, i mean every words)

So glad that we did this excursion! Rapha and Anya are wonderful hosts. As they handed around the head torches I was a little daunted by the thought of snowshoeing through fresh snow in the half dark when 3 months pregnant but I needn’t have worried a it was just long enough to feel that you earned your supper and lots of fun!

The food was excellent cooking around the open fire under the stars was a great experience and laughing around the fondue pot in an IGLOO with our new buddies was something I’ll never forget.

The transfers to and from the hotel were super easy.

Highly recommended

So glad we stumbled across these guys when searching for unique evening experiences during our stay in Chamonix. Anja and Raphael were really accommodating, fitting us in at short notice.

We did the evening snowshoe walk with sledging followed by igloo & wine in the igloo in beautiful surroundings. It was a really unique & memorable experience. Our group of 7 all had an amazing time. Would definitely recommend!
