Drive south, accompanied by an English-speaking guide, via gorges and high passes of the upper valleys to the Berber settlement of Imlil. Mount Toubkal is where the tallest mountain in North Africa is located (4,167 meters). Hiking is difficult, but it does not need prior experience. Climbing this mountain is worthwhile because of the breathtaking scenery and panoramic vistas. The ideal combination of four days and three nights includes visits to Berber settlements both before and during the walk to the top. Begin and conclude your journey in Marrakesh! Itinerary

Day 1: Marrakech - Ouirgan National Park

You will be transported from Marrakech Agersioual to meet the crew, which includes a guide, a cook, and muleteers. Following that, the trip to Ouirgan National Park begins. With its junpier trees and copper green, the landscape is soft here. The overnight stay will be at a Gite in Tizian (a Berber village). Approximately 4-5 hours of walking time.

Day 2: Azzaden Valley trekking

You will eat breakfast before beginning the second day of the hike. Today's excursion begins with a scenic drive through the Azzaden Valley. You will witness the stream of the mountain surrounded by thick walnut orchards rising up to Toubkal and other peaks at the Valley's head with an open up breathtaking vistas. You will spend the night at a village Gite or camping. Walking time was around 7 hours.

Day 3: Azzadane Valley - Refuge of Toubkal

Today's itinerary includes a somewhat strenuous ascent from the Azzadane Valley to the Refuge of Toubkal, through the Ighouliden waterfalls and the Aguelzim Mountain pass (3,560m). You will have lunch while admiring the beautiful vistas of the Atlas Mountains Range. You will spend the night at 3,200 meters at the Toubkal Refuge (Niltner Hut). You will most likely share a bunk room with other trekkers.

Day 4: Refuge of Toubkal - Jbel Touubkal - Marrakech

You will get up early in the morning to climb Jbel Touubkal (4,167 meters). You will be captivated by the breathtaking vistas of the Atlas Mountains and the Sahara Desert. The famed Berber settlement of Imlil is a long way down the refuge. It takes 8-9 hours of hiking to return to Imlil, when you will be transferred to Marrakech.
