Paddle along sea cliffs to remote beaches, with fantastic Italian food during your stay (5 days)
You'll need to fly into Alghero Airport, and then make your way to your accommodation - located just 4 km away. Once you arrive and get settled, the day is yours. We recommend either sunbathing by the pool or taking a hike to Monte Doglia.
In the evening, you'll meet the team over a home-cooked Sardinian dinner and some wine.
After a hearty breakfast, you'll be collected by your guide Clark, and then transferred to the beach at Cala Tramariglio - it's here that you'll start your kayaking adventure.
You'll head out into the blue Mediterranean Sea, paddling past the sea cliffs and sea caves of the famous Capo-Caccia - the area is rich in marine life. Your lunch spot will be at the Cala di Inferno, and a fantastic spot to do abit of snorkelling, swimming and sunbathing. After a quick ice cream stop, you'll head back to your accommodation for a freshly cooked Catalan meal.
Today you'll kayak over to Punta Negra - a remarkable seascape of cliffs, caves and arches. You'll stop off at an isolated beach for lunch and a spot of snorkelling before heading back to your accommodation for another home-cooked meal.
The route today will take you along the stunning shores of Sardinia's west coast. With incredible bird and marine life along the way, this is a beautiful day for any wildlife fanatic. In the evening you'll celebrate with your team, over some live music at the 'Melting Pot' beach bar on Lido beach.
After breakfast, take a taxi to the airport for your flight home.

This trip is suitable for beginner or intermediate sea kayakers. No previous experience is needed, but you do need a good level of fitness to fully enjoy this trip.
You will need to take a flight to/from Alghero Airport (AHO).
You can also fly into Olbia (OLB) or Cagliari Airport (CAG), and then get a bus/train to your start point. From Olbia the bus or train takes around 3 hrs and from Cagliari 4.5 hrs.

You'll be kayaking for around 6 hours per day with breaks.
Start: You will meet the team at your Agriturismo at 8 pm on day 1 of your itinerary. You can see the accommodation here.

Alghero Airport: There is plenty of taxi's outside the airport, and It's only a 10-minute ride to your accommodation. The average cost is around 25EUR per car.
Cagliari Airport: This airport is a 2.5hr drive from your start point. You can also get a bus or train which takes around 4.5hrs.

From May to October the daytime temperatures range from 22 – 30 °C and cool off to 11 – 18 °C at night. From November to April the daytime temperatures range from 14 –18 °C and cool off to 10 – 13 °C at night. Rain is uncommon, so you're sure to get a lot of sun.

Your accommodation produces its own vegetables, olives and fruits, and raises a wide variety of livestock. These ingredients make it onto the dinner table for fresh, delicious Sardinian meals. Typical food items include focaccia pizza, fresh salad, fresh bread, gnocchi, ravioli, wild boar, suckling pig, seasonal vegetables, sheep’s milk cheese and dessert.
Local wine is included with dinner.
While sea kayaking you’ll have packed picnic lunches with fruit, a sandwich, snacks and a drink.
Please note lunch is not provided on arrival day - the first included meal is dinner.
Your host will provide all the sea kayaking equipment, including your boat (single or double), paddle, PFD, spraydeck, 10 L dry bag and water shoes. You’ll also be provided with basic snorkelling gear. If you're an experienced kayaker, just let us know and we will arrange the right boat for you.
