Itinerary

Day 1: Welcome to YOGA retreat

Your guide will collect you from Ljubljana airport, before heading over to your hotel. Along the way, you will stop off at the beautiful Lake Bled.

After you have settled into your room you will start with your welcome meditation at beautiful Hotel Jelka.

Day 2: Let's get started

The day will start with daily meditation pranayama and daily YOGA practice till breakfast. After that you will have plenty of time for tea and free time that you can use for reading and relaxing in astonishing nature on Pokljuka plateau.

Afternoon will bring YOGA class in nature and free time to discover the beautiful surroundings with optional short guided hiking to Meadow Zajamniki, visiting a cheese farm.

Day will finish with Yin and Yang - Asana workshop.

Day 3: Workshops in Pranayama, meditation and chakras

Day will start with daily meditation and YOGA practice. Evening will bring workshops in pranayama, meditation and chakras.

Day 4: Day 4: All good things come to an end

Last day will be focused on meditation in nature. After the end of YOGA program, you will be transferred to Ljubljana or Ljubljana airport with optional walking tour Ljubljana.
