This trip is led by Sebastian, Rasmus and the guiding team in Norway.Meet your guides.
You wil be picked up from Stavanger Airport at 2pm, and then driven to our small cabin in Songesand from where the trip starts.
After having settled in, the guides will prepare a nice dinner for you and explain the details for the following days. You'll have a chance to repack and store any excess luggage that you don't need during the trip.
We'll start the morning with a nice breakfast and coffee at the cabin.
Down by the fjord, we'll pack the kayaks with everything we need for the next few days. After having learned efficient forward paddling and how to steer we'll embark on the adventure. Today we'll paddle from Songesand to Håheller, a distance of 12km. This part of the fjord is travelled by few, so there's a good chance of spotting the local wildlife.
After pitching our tents, we'll cook a nice dinner over the fire.
Today we'll kayak to Lysebotn at the end of the fjord.
After pitching our tents at the camp grounds we will be picked up by a taxi to take us to the start of the hike to Kjerag. The Kjerag Boulder is a big rock that has been wedged between two steep cliffs, and has a 500m straight drop below. There's an awesome picture to be taken here - if you dare.
Today we'll paddle from Lysebotn to Flørli, a small vilage only accessible by water. Flørli is home to the longest woodden staircase in the world, which will challenge you with 4444 steps to the top.
At Flørli we'll stay at a small cabin by the fjord and in the evening there will be served a nice dinner from the local restaurant.
Today we'll have a short paddle back to Songesand where the trip will end. At Songesand we'll be picked up and taken to the airport.
We aim to be at the airport no later than 4pm for your return flights.
