Hi! Really enjoyed the trip… ! Izzie and Lean were fantastic guides… they really know their shit! My only comments are a) I feel we could have done more in a day, made the most of the good weather.. for instance day 4 the weather picked up nicely and I think we could have completed Loch Ness.. b) we were waiting for vans a long time… I realise it’s plate juggling but maybe more support would help. Lastly, I was expecting to be up and in the canoe and do a solid 6-8 hours paddling… some days we did very little and sat about … BUT when we were paddling I loved every minute! I will be back!

Let’s get the negatives out of the way:
-The food was about what you’d expect on a camping trip, certainly nothing to shout about.
-I felt the group could have been pushed a little more physically and spent more time on the water.
-Due to weather conditions the trip was altered, with our last day staring and finishing at a different location then planned. This meant the support team picking up all the equipment and ferrying the group around. A late start to our final day and not getting back to Fort William till 6 with a 6 hour drive home.
Despite these issues I still rate this trip 5 stars.
An amazing adventure.
Stunning scenery.
Met some great people.
The 2 guides were brilliant.
Most importantly had a top laugh.
I will hopefully be booking the trip again when eldest is 14.
If you’re thinking of booking yourself stop! and just get it booked.

Absolutely brilliantly amazingly well planned trip! We had an excellent guide Jordan who was very kind and always smiley! We met such a great bunch of people and can’t wait to go again. Sleeping under billions of stars, kayak and camp by the fjord is absolutely priceless.
Definitely booking more soon

We had an amazing time on the 3 day kayaking and hiking trip. Day one was pretty easy in the kayak, but day two on the hike… that kicked our butts… totally worth it though. Day three was a pretty long in the kayak, but well broken up with breaks and lunch.
Really a one of a kind experience - not one thing to complain about.
Of course, all of this was only possible with the help of our guide, Jordan; he clearly knows his stuff and was super committed to making sure everyone was safe, well fed, aware of the cultural and ecological context, and having an amazing time.
Only a fool would have anything bad to say about it!

I really enjoyed the experience but feel would need to start bit earlier to accommodate slower walkers....so prob would be better to include accommodation on the sun nite into the package as would be good for everyone to celebrate what they have just accomplished....and forget about the food as breakfast isnt served until 7.30 so you feel rushed ...way easier to make your own breakfast and lunch in the kitchen provided at an earlier time....

We have had an amazing weekend. Our guide was very knowledgeable of the area. The pace was steady no one was left to far behind. Lots of breaks for drinks and snacks or to just give the legs a rest. Very well organised

Very happy with my Toubkal climb. The whole experience was excellent. The lodging in Imlil was a beautiful Riad, hosted by Hussain. Hamid took care of all our delicious meals. Lunch on the trail was first class. Our guide Omar made sure we made to the top and back down safely.

Just got back from the combined Toubkal & Sahara trip, had a brilliant time on both and met some brilliant locals and fellow travellers. A bit more detail on the daily itineraries would help for gear and food preparation, as it sometimes felt like we were just being shuttled from point to point with no info! But still a great week...

Had an absolutely brillant time from start to finish. Our guide Rory was a star. First day was wet and cold, but just added to the experience. Would do it all over again. Only suggestion I would make is to put wellies on the list of things to take. Thank you so much for a brillant adventure 😊
Travelled on: Canoe & Wild Camp Across Scotland
An amazing trip, professionally organised from start to finish.
Our guide, rory, was excellent from the moment we met him, talked us through everything we needed to know, gave safety talks and really put us at ease, then proceeded to lead us through the most beautiful scenery you could imagine.
Camping was as described, wild!! If you are expecting glamping and luxury, forget it!! This is a back to nature experience, camping in remote woodland clearings on the banks of lochs, putting up and taking down your own tent, build your own fire, etc etc.
Having said that, I would recommend this trip to anyone with a sense of adventure, who doesn't mind getting stuck in and just enjoying everything this trip has to offer
Travelled on: Canoe & Wild Camp Across Scotland
Really chuffed with the trip. We had a great time. There was an easy start to the trip for those who hadn't canoed before (most of us), and we progressed from there. The scenery speaks for itself, so I'll not mention it, other than to say our guides Lizzie and Lina knew exactly where to go, where to camp etc. Truly could not have asked for a better group, Lizzie and Lina practically oozed with knowledge about canoeing, weather, camping, and bush-craft; and they were eager to share! They are kind, approachable and professional, I honestly could not think of the trip without them. Chucky (Good2Go Adventures) and Charles (Support) were always available if things went askew (not often, but we had to accommodate for the weather once or twice) - so easy to overlook the support, but again, we'd have been struggling without them. The organization + logistics were phenomenal and really allowed us on just having fun.
The trip had emotional, physical, and mental aspects to it, and personally, it was such a fun experience. 100% trust, respect and love these people. Looking forward to our next trip.

This was a holiday of a lifetime, beautiful scenery, incredible expertise and support from Chucky and Charles. But most of all the wonderful guides Lizzie and Lina (and Blodeuyn the dog!) who made our journey such fun and an education to novice paddlers from start to finish, despite some very challenging weather and last minute changes! They made us laugh, kept us safe and have left us wanting more!

We all felt looked after and safe by Omar and the team so that we could focus on the trek and taking in the surroundings. Extremely well organised and the best trip I've had. We will most certainly return to the Atlas and book other adventure with Skyhook. Absolutely brilliant!!

I have just finished this adventure today. Absolutely amazing from start to finish. The guides are excellent and you have to trust them and go with their decisions. Expect changeable weather and itinerary. Expect to carry your stuff and canoes/supplies at portage points. The more you take the harder it will be. Plenty of good food supplied, you can take your own but you've got to fit it in your canoe. Beautiful scenery on this trip. Would thoroughly recommend if you want to get away from it all and want a bit of a challenge without anything extreme. I will be booking something similar or even the same again. Thanks to all of you.

My wife and I recently travelled to Morocco with Skyhook to climb Toubkal. We were slightly nervous as neither of us had climbed to that height, so weren’t sure how the altitude would effect us. There was no need to worry because our guide, Lahcen, was awesome! He took us up the mountain at such a good pace, stopping for breaks and ensuring we reached the summit with no problems. Our stay at the refuge, prior to the climb was also made comfortable by our great cook Mohammed who fed us so well. It’s a worthwhile challenge supported by a great team all round. Definitely worth doing a bit of training prior to the challenge (which we did) so that you can fully enjoy the experience. We would thoroughly recommend this trip with Skyhook.

Travelled on: Everest Base Camp Hike (16 Day Trip)
Absolutely exemplary service from the local Freedom Adventures team. Despite not having any experience of any other Nepal based companies for thsi type of experience I think you would be hard pushed to find a better standard of professionalism, hospitality, service and personnel.
Far be it from me to prevent anybody from pursuing thier dreams I would advocate far tighter medical checks prior to this trip. We had one team member who was very close to me medically unsuitabel for this excursion. I understand there is a self-disclaimer governing the decision for an individual to go but it puts undue and unnecessary resposnbility on the local based teams to cover a disproportinate duty of care almost immediately and from Day one of the trip

I absolutely loved the Nation 3 Peak Challenge. It was a really well organised trip with excellent transport and our excellent guide, Darren. Huge thanks to our guides Rasmus & Sebastian for providing us with such a great adventure! They had their work cut out with the changeable weather, but with their expertise they were able to keep us busy, entertained, safe and well-fed at all times!! They had loads of knowledge and fun facts to share and we had plenty of laughs along the way. I would definitely tour again with Nordic Paddling and 100% recommend it if you want an amazing experience!

An amazing weekend exploring the fjords of Norway. The views and the experience are memories to last a life time and I already feel like the whole weekend was a dream.
Our guides were so knowledge, friendly and welcoming. As a solo traveller I never felt separate or uncomfortable in a group situation. Everyone was so friendly and I can't recommend Nordic Paddling enough!
Just remember, lots of layers!

If you want to have an adventure, this is the trip for you. Sebastian and Rasmus are incredible and gave so much information and help throughout. We camped on the beach, shared the chores of getting firewood, cooking, cleaning. The evenings were spent sharing stories around the fire, before early mornings ready to go off and see Norway. Yes, it was cold at night and I should have brought more to combat that but the drysuits they provided for kayaking were incredibly comfy and meant our daily clothes were kept dry for the evening. This is an amazing trio of you like to stay busy and see things from a different view. Would definitely recommend

Fantastic experience - loved every minute. Went to yoga each morning followed by a yummy breakfast, then out for the day with the surf instructors who were great teachers, taking us from beginners to green wave riders, and took us to the best surf spots in Taghazout and further afield. Another yoga session in the evening then we had dinner out each night to a different spot in Taghazout which was always good. I travelled alone but met some great people on this trip. Special mention to Courtney from Mint Surf who was so helpful during our stay and seemed to coordinate everything yet remained so chilled!

Alpaca Expeditions are an amazing amazing company just check out their Tripadvisor page for info but they are the first to put the local porters fairly, employ women at equal pay and are so friendly and helpful with very good English they stand out a mile in a South America, all the other companies are having to improve to compete!
Inca trail is tough with thousands of steps up and down the mountains and most of all very thin air at the altitude (you’ll learn to crave coca leaves! (Yes the ones that are famous for a lot of things!)).
Skyhook however need to be much better at connecting with them however, I was the only person who Alpaca could not find payment made for (Skyhook sent it under their name not mine!) and they had no information about the equipment I needed to hire from them, I had to rush to do it all the night before at their offices, luckily Alpaca are highly organised despite this and it was all resolved within 30 mins of me staying behind after the briefing.
Travelled on: 4-Day Inca Trail to Machu Picchu
Where to begin! We booked our trip in December 2018 and it was cancelled and re booked 4 times due to the pandemic. The team at skyhook couldn’t have handled the situation any better than they did and allowed us to transfer our deposits and bookings on to future dates. Throughout the process Damien and Allan’s communication was second to none, they couldn’t be more helpful and responded to all my emails straight away. This was the first time I have used a company for a trip like this and I can honestly say I will never use any other company now other than Skyhook as I was that impressed. We will be using them for Kilimanjaro and Everest Base Camp in the future.
As for the trip it’s self, everything went 100% according to plan and the company/staff they use (Atlas Vertical) in Morocco we’re just as professional, kind and helpful. We felt completely safe throughout and was welcomed with open arms.
For anyone considering to book this trip and who is a little unsure, rest assured you are in great hands both in the UK with skyhook and in Morocco with Atlas Vertical.
One thing that is worth knowing, don’t underestimate the Altitude. A lot of people found the final summit day taxing on their body’s due to the altitude and sheer distance you cover on the day. You do follow an acclimatisation plan but some admitted at the end they would have benefited from another day as you get up and down quite quick so make sure you attend in your best physical condition.
Thank you Skyhook for an unforgettable experience and outstanding service. I can’t wait to travel with you again in the near future
Best Regards
Richard

Fantastic Experience, the tour was well organised and they take pride in what they do. accommodation was good & food was excellent. Would 100% recommend this trip to anyone.
Travelled on: Hike Mount Toubkal (4,167m)
Overall it was an amazing adventure, we really enjoyed it - although was far harder than we anticipated. I thought the guides were amazing and ensured we had a really memorable experience, the accommodation at Imlil was good, at the refuge it was 'an experience' and not sure any of us got any rest before the summit climb.
few things to feedback from us, although the kit list etc on the skyhook website covered most things, there was a lack of pre event comms which was disappointing, one key thing that was not discussed at all was around altitude sickness, 2 of our group didn't summit due to this and we all felt the effects, there should have been more awareness of things to look out for and what can be done to limit / prevent it.
Secondly, the only slight criticism of our hosts was a lack of kit check before the climb, one of the team went up without gloves and had the weather turned this could have had serious implications due to the extreme temperatures.
Overall, it was such an amazing experience, i would certainly recommend it for others.

Although, I didnt find out that this trip had in fact been cancelled until I arrived at the destination, both Skyhook and Adriatic SUP were both fantastic to support me during my time in Croatia, offering alternative accommodation options and activities during the weekend stay, and ultimately providing me with a full refund. Thanks guys.

Scott and Matt took us on the trip of a lifetime, could not recommend In Your Element enough. Friendly knowledgeable guides, tasty (plentiful) food, beautiful wild camping spots - what a perfect trip and can't wait for my next adventure 😃
Travelled on: Canoe Across the Scottish Highlands
The description of equipment needed to bring yourself was inaccurate which impacted on luggage while flying to the destination, meaning we brought unneeded items.
The level of fitness required is higher than described in my opinion due to portages etc
The guide was very good and provided nutritious tasty food. She was very friendly and attentive to the participants
The imbalance between the canoes used meant one was slower than the rest which meant we had to wait for the paddlers to catch up on many occasions. On one occasion during a swell waiting for this couple put us somewhat at risk in my own opinion. At times we were also a distance from shore which I believe is contrary to the guidance I read on boards along the route.
Overall I would definitely recommend.
Be aware this trip includes wild camping - on these sites no facilities are available. Not an issue for me but some members of the group struggled with this meaning we camped in less Isolated or ideal locations
Travelled on: Canoe & Wild Camp Across Scotland
A fabulous experience , views amazing but not an accurate description or following safety guidance for canoeists. You need a good level of fitness, and will canoe in centre of lock not in the shoreline and the wild camping was more often than not was not wild camping but in a corner of a loch with toilets and showers which we found disappointing when there were beautiful spots near by that were wild. Our boat was wonky and we nearly capsized in heavy wind due to this which was in fact terrifying., especially because we were deep in the water and not near the edge. Please make sure you are fit and prepared to carry heavy loads daily. All this aside, the views were fabulous . One boat was known to be slow which meant waiting around a lot which my partner found very frustrating . A good trip but we were out at risk by not following the guidelines on all the boards along the lochs .

This is an amazing trip! The hotels/riads/camps are of high standard and very Moroccan. Our guide & driver Rashid was not only extremely knowledgeable but also a very kind & fun person with a calm nature and excellent driving skills! Local guides were also top notch. In order to visit all the sites we spent quite a few hours driving, but the landscape is stunning and the van was very comfortable. I can only recommend this trip!

Trekked in Atlas Mountains for two days with Omar as our guide. He was excellent, went out of his way to make our two days a thoroughly enjoyable experience. He adjusted the route to accommodate my wife, who was an inexperienced trekker. Mohammed, who was our cook, was also excellent. It was a thoroughly enjoyable experience. From pickup in Marrakesh, to return to Marrakesh, trip was faultless. Accommodation in mountains, transport, food, staff were all top quality. Highly recommend the trip and Omar and Mohammad as guide and cook. Thanks, Sean, Bernie & Jack

I just returned from this fantastic trip with my daughter. We both had an amazing time taking part in all the activities. The parts of Albania we saw were beautiful and we were surprised at how fresh and delicious every local meal we had was (including freshly caught fish BBQd on the beach!) A special mention goes to our guide Aldo who really made the trip special. He was incredibly knowledgeable about Albanian history and answered all our questions, he had a great sense of humour and made the tour fun and we felt in completely safe hands with all the activities under his instruction. Would thoroughly recommend this trip and Aldo as a guide. The wine and raki tasting was also fun :)

Wonderful trip , if you want to try of a variety of activities , kayaking, hiking , boat trip there is something different everyday . It’s not very challenging if your fit , but certainly enough to be rewarding for all fitness levels.
The tour guide Aldo was knowledgeable, caring and funny. The food is incredible (and I don’t eat meat ) every meal is a feast , quite a lot of booze (decent stuff) was thrown in too, which made the whole trip very good value. How I could drink that much raki and not have a hangover (just the last night ) remains a mystery , but we are told it’s organic !

Me and my partner have just completed this trip and have had the best time! We really didn't know what to expect from Albania but it has been amazing. The food has been out of this world, all of the activities have been just the right amount of challenging and fun and our tour guide Alnderim (Aldo) just made the trip, it was like being guided around Albania by a close friend, and he knew so much history, was great at answering our questions and listening to what we wanted to do. All in all a fantastic experience!

The Toukbal part of the trip was excellent, loved the challenge, great support and everything was well provided for. Hussein our guide was nothing short of spectacular. He was kind, warm and supportive; and he did the hike while on a ramadan fast! As I'm not a big fan of long drives, the Sahara portion of the trip was truly exhausting for me, but it did become interesting that we stopped at a few places like Ouzazarte (ancient village where lots of movies were filmed including GOT and The Mummy), a traditional Berber house where we witnessed the women make traditional Moroccan carpets, and a women's argan oil co-op where we bought our 100% argan oil made with such hard labor. Our driver Ibrahim has been delightful as well, drove like a champ while also on a Ramadan fast. This trip is very much value for money - You definitely get more than you pay for, so if you are in a position to, please do tip generously :) Highly recommended.
Travelled on: Mt Toubkal & Sahara Desert Adventure
Hussein was a wonderful guide, and the Toubkal section of the trip was fantastic. It's tiring (all the more so for Hussein, summiting during Ramadan!), but well worth the effort. Incredible views and unforgettable experience. Ibrahim was our guide for the Sahara experience. It was a lot of time spent in the car, as the Sahara is a LONG way from Marrakech, but it was broken up with enjoyable stops at places such as a Berber village and beautiful gorge. Once at the edge of the desert we ride camels for an hour to a camp (more like glamping, with running water and proper toilets and beds). We watched the sunset, and listened to traditional drums around a fire. It was an early start to watch sunrise and return on the camels before the long return drive. Thanks to Hussein and Ibrahim for a really special trip.

Review of Salkantay Trek to Machu Picchu
Reviewed 5 days ago via mobile
Well, this is one in a million exoerience. I just want to say 5 things about 5 people.
1. The cheff, Willy Armando. Excellent cheff , full of surprises and extremely helpful person he help me a lot when I was struggling
2. Catalina, one of the most strongest and in the same time sensible women I ever meet. She is a good cooker as well and very helpful
3. SAUL GUERRA, our guide. If you have a question about nature, history of Peru, Machu Picchu, animals, or about anything else, ask Saul. He is like an encyclopedia and can be your best friend. I love him, but please don't tell him that, my wife will kill me.
4. Raul, the owner of Alpaca expedition. I never meet him, I spoke with him once, but looks like he is the man who knows how to organise an expedition.
5. Last but not in the last place Damien, the owner of Skyhook Adventure, the man who made possible this adventure. This is my second adventure with Skyhook but I promise, won't be the last one.
Thank you everyone, we had an amazing experience.

I can’t even begin to describe how amazing this trip was! It went far beyond all my expectations. The local guides from Atlas Vertical were absolutely incredible. They were very professional and welcoming. Special mention to our guide Omar who’s taken such great care of us and made us discover his beautiful country. The chefs, bus driver, muleteers and the other guide whom accompanied us were also all incredibly nice and helpful. Breathtaking views on the mountain and the desert, beautiful villages, delicious food and great accommodation. I highly recommend this trip.

Ill find it hard to put into words on how incredible this trip was! From start to finish we were looked after so well. Omar, our guide - was kind, professional, very informative and had our safety as his main priority. The porters, chefs, bus driver and the other guides whom accompanied us on the hike were also all incredible. Food was top class,
The views were breathtaking on the mountain and in the desert. So refreshing to spend time in the outdoors in lovely company, beautiful scenery with friendly, enthusiastic and professional guides and an abundance of good food!
This is definitely the best for value trip I have ever been on! My only complaint is that it went too fast!
Make sure you bring money to tip the guides, porters, chefs and bus driver as this isn't including in the price & they most definitely deserve one. I'd recommend extra cash to buy souvenirs and that as there is some beautiful markets and natural products for sale along the way!

Really amazing trip! Massive shoutout to the guides who took amazing care of us, and put so much effort into making sure that everyone had a great (and safe) time in Morocco. The accommodations were really nice and all had pretty spectacular views. Being cooked for three times a day was also a bonus with lots of yummy Moroccan flavours. The hike up to Mount Toubkal was a bit intimidating when we were at our starting point but we took lots of breaks and got to the top which had an amazing view. We all had such a great time and I would recommend it to anyone interested in a bit of a fun challenge.
Travelled on: Mt Toubkal & Sahara Desert Adventure
This trip was amazing! It was well organised and the guides were all very friendly and encouraging. The accommodation was basic but very clean. The food provided by our cooks was tasty and authentic but I would advise bringing snacks with you to avoid getting hungry throughout the day. We did, however have to pay for 3 lunches. This was unexpected but non-expensive. The itinerary doesn't reflect how long you will spend on a coach in the last 3 days, but it was broken up nicely with regular stops for views and snacks/drinks. The pack-list was very efficient and for trips around April, lightweight, modest casual clothes are great for the last 3 days of sightseeing. Really enjoyed this trip and was great to meet new people and bond over the challenges faced by the summit and the Sahara.
Travelled on: Mt Toubkal & Sahara Desert Adventure
Enjoyed a great few days with Abdel and the team, trekking to the top of Toubkal. Couldn’t have asked for a better guide. The hospitality they delivered was first class. The food was delicious, super authentic and healthy.
Transport to and from the mountains included. The Riad was excellent. A really high standard with Mohammed the host/chef
The mountain refugee was described as basic but this far exceeded our expectations. In comparison with trekking in other parts of the developing world the accomodation was a high standard. A large heated room for eating in and thick blankets provided free of charge for additional warmth. Probably won’t sleep much with the altitude but you’ll be comfortable.
Mules and porters were provided for transport of large bags and the food.
The greatest part of the trip is kind and humorous Berber people. Everyone we met was friendly and welcoming.

I loved it. Everything from the beginnings at Imlil, to the trek back to Imlil was done in a way to make everybody feel very comfortable. Our trip started with the stay at the Riad in Imlil where Hussein briefed us on what to expect during the hike, and even provided us equipment we didnt have for the hike. Our guide Abdul was very helpful and took care of us from the beginning to the end of the two days hike, making sure we were very well looked after. The stay at the refuge was quite comfortable, basic but cannot expect more. Good fun the night we stayed at the refuge. The summit hike was challenging, but again ABdul our guide was very helpful, especially as I struggled with a headache and nausea on the way back. Would recommend this trip to friends interested in mountaineering, and maybe I go back again for more.

An amazing experience. Transport and accommodation were spot on and our guide Abdul was tremendous. Food and digs better than expected. Nothing to moan about. Top class

Amazing from start to finish. I would highly recommend Skyhook to all my friends. Toubkal was an incredible trail. The guide Ahmed was super friendly and knowledgeable. The food was really good, the accommodation was very good too, all at an affordable price. I can’t wait to book again with Skyhook. I would do this hike again 👏

This has been the most perfect adventure for me! Tom our host was absolutely brilliant and made us feel so comfortable. I can't actually believe what I have achieved this weekend as I have never had a snow trip away before.
The homemade cake was superb as well!
Travelled on: St Bernard's Beginner Snowshoe
Grateful to have went ahead to this trip! I had an amazing time since day 1, from the frozen Champex Lac to getting to greet the St Bernard's. It was a strenous journey of snowshoeing but a very well worth experience. The sledging and the chair lift was a great add to the adventure, which I thoroughly enjoyed. Thanks to Tom for his patience and great company of David & Julie.

This was indeed an epic trip. From the time I landed in Marrakesh till I left, everything was meticulously organised by Atlas Vertical Travel. The owner Hussain is not only a man from the ground who has many experience and expertise under his belt, but also will make you feel special when you spend a night at his guest house in Imlil. The hike to Mount Toubkal was fantastic even though get ready for some serious walk and lots of hard work (especially for us since it was in end March, we had walked on plenty of snow even before reaching the refuse). But expert guide made it all look easy with encouragement and walking with your pace. The experience of summiting the Mount Toubkal was epic. I will surely come back for a summer hike.
Travelled on: Hike Mount Toubkal (4,167m)
The trip was great! The climb itself in winter conditions is quite difficult, however I've had the support of a great guide, Mohamed, who helped me summit safely and made the whole experience very pleasant!
Travelled on: Hike Mount Toubkal (4,167m)
All round an amazing trip and experience! The drive from Marrakesh to the Sahara was unbelievable. The guides were brilliant, so welcoming and knowledgeable, felt very safe the whole time. Food was great. The trek itself was unreal and a once in a lifetime experience
Travelled on: Trek the Sahara Desert
The accommodation was excellent, the group and the guide was also excellent. However, on the first full day the guide (after discussion with the group) decided we should skin over 1000m up to a Coll then ski back off piste. This was too much for a beginner group, and one of the group ended up exhausted and unable to ski back down. They tried walking which was also impractical. The intent was to be back at the hut by 2 pm for food, it was getting dark when we eventually returned. The second day was excellent. This was an error of judgment which we all discussed afterwards, but shouldn’t have happened on a beginners trip
Travelled on: Beginner Ski Touring
This was the most amazing adventure! Trying a variety of fun activities.
The guide was excellent. Made it a truly memorable experience
Travelled on: Hike, Packraft and Snorkel
Amazing experience. Instructors were very friendly. Hostel was cozy and clean. Would definitely recommend to a friend.
Travelled on: Beginners Ice Climbing
This was an amazing adventure, led by our guide Tom. He had an excellent balance of humour, and crucially the expertise that allowed me to have full confidence in him. The accommodation and food was perfect, and the weekend ran completely to plan.
I would recommend Tom, and this trip, to everyone.
Travelled on: St Bernard's Beginner Snowshoe
This was an epic trip starting with a bright sunny day and ending with minus temperatures. Excellent location(s), company, guide. You need a certain level of fitness and stamina to complete the hikes. Expect Swiss cheese and funny banter at the dinner table. A weekend that felt like a week away! I highly recommend and will go an another adventure with Alps Adventures.
Travelled on: St Bernard's Beginner Snowshoe
Nice short sharp intro to snowshoeing in the Alps. The climb to the monestry was tough but well worth the effort. Tom our guide was a knowledgeable professional guide with a sense of humour. We had a great group of people to share the experience. Already thinking of going back for the summer.
Travelled on: St Bernard's Beginner Snowshoe
I had an absolutely brilliant trip in the Cairngorms learning to winter climb! Lead guide Connor is an excellent host and organises all logistics so everything runs smoothly. I achieved so much more than I thought I would in these few days considering I had never even worn crampons or used an ice axe before! I would highly recommend this trip for anyone who is keen on learning to climb mountains. The mountain guides are extremely knowledgeable, helpful and patient. They will push you and challenge you and teach you all the rope work and mountaineering skills you need to be safe out on the mountains. I left this trip with a real sense of accomplishment - many thanks SkyHook and Atlas Mountaineering. I'll definitely be booking myself on another climbing trip with you guys soon!
Travelled on: Beginners Scottish Winter Climbing
To put this in context, I've never done anything like this before, no mountains, no meaningful treks, and haven't camped for about 25 years.
With that all said, I thought this week was as a good as I could expect. The guides were excellent and kept most of the week lighthearted, although they were clear when there was a dangerous section, and guided us through the section well.
The food, considering it was cooked in a tent, was excellent and the Chef was a true character.
The Porters, incredible how they make it all look so easy, with so much to carry, they are very impressive.
I would thoroughly recommend this trip if you are after a serious challenge, if however you prefer lazing on the beach, then you're in the wrong place.
There are one or two negatives, in that it is difficult to communicate with Skyhook, and Ahsante Tours occasionally, and this can lead to some uncertainty, for example, 3 of the group of 7 were under the impression that the trek started a day earlier than it did!.
Travelled on: Kilimanjaro Machame (6 Day Trek)
The trip was amazing and staff at Asante tours were great, corespondents with skyhook was very disappointing, no contact number and wasn’t able to message as all questions went to guide in Africa.
Travelled on: Kilimanjaro Machame (6 Day Trek)
It was super trip, super team and i’m really happy i have suvh an amazing experience! Just wow! Thank you very much for this possibility
Travelled on: Kilimanjaro Machame (6 Day Trek)
An amazing, challenging climb! Unfortunately the weather turned us back about 1 hr from the summit, but the experience of climbing and hiking in a major winter storm was still epic. Our hosts and guides took excellent care of us at all times. They had the utmost care for our safety and comfort. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. I look forward to trying summit again.
Travelled on: Mount Toubkal Winter Ascent (4,167m)
What an amazing experience!!!
I was slightly sceptical of going to Morocco - thinking of safety. I experienced the complete opposite!
Starting with the effective communication with Hussein (sorry if I will spell the names wrong), who was our contact there via Skyhook. He has the skills of being the host you could wish for and always going above and beyond to make your sure you are well looked after. I cannot thank him enough for his kindness!
During our trip we had two cooks, Mohammed and Abdul. Our taste buds were taken to another level with the Moroccan dishes we've been served.
Our guides Mohammed and Ibrahim are so experienced! It was so lovely listening to them on the hike, finding out about their culture. The looked after us and they set up a pace that was suitable for all those in the group, more so they made sure we have all the equipment needed for safety.
Due to the bad weather conditions, I only managed to hike up to about 3800 m and again, the guides looked after us coming down in poor visibility and high winds. Everyone turned back that day, so there were more people around. I was amazed of the remarkable teamwork they showed us, we were all been looking out for each other. There've been no rules set up, it has been a natural caring skill they revealed.
During this trip I learned the pure kindness of Berber people, I made new friends and I store unforgettable memories. I cannot wait to revisit!
Thank you all for looking after us the way you did!
P.S. I would highly recommend to visit Marrakech using a guide called Hussein, he's knowledge of history is incredible. To get in contact with him you can ask Hussein your contact via Skyhook, or I am happy to give information.

Really tough but rewarding. Great guides from Atlas Vertical but I don’t want Tagine ever again
Travelled on: Hike Mount Toubkal (4,167m)
The 2 days felt like 4. So much packed in without feeling like there was any rush. Everything ran super smoothly and the views were absolutely stunning. The guide was fantastic and accommodated to everyone's needs so you got the sense you could just switch off and enjoy!
Travelled on: St Bernard's Beginner Snowshoe
What a trip! Fantastic experience to summit Toubkal with the help of Houssain and my guide Rachid.
Bad weather meant we had to delay the attempt, but Houssain took me on a two day trip to local Berber villages instead. When the weather allowed for it, I managed to summit Toubkal and stick to the original schedule.
I highly recommend this to anyone looking to try out mountaineering.
I've definitely gotten an appetite for more.
Travelled on: Mount Toubkal Winter Ascent (4,167m)
An absolutely amazing trip would 10/10 recommend spent my birthday hiking up to the refuge. I had a good group for the Toubkal Summit trip with very helpful and knowledgeable guides. Trip to the Sahara was great with a great group of like minded adventurers from all over the world. Special mention to Hussain of Atlas Vertical for everything.

From the pick up in Jemaa el fna to the very end this was brilliantly run. I met Omar at the agreed meeting point and picked up the second traveller a bit further away. In Imlil we met Mohammed who cooked a wonderful dinner for us in front of the fire and met Hussain our host. The guide Ibrahim met us the following morning and we went up to the refuge. The refuge was well equipped having wifi and multiple log burners to keep us warm in the winter. The ascent of Toubkal was done very well and felt safe throughout, Ibrahim knew the mountain inside and out. We summited in great weather and Ibrahim done his best to get us up during a good weather window. The next day just me and Ibrahim made the attempt at the second summit but weather turned us back. A long trek back down to Imlil that afternoon but not before yet more excellent food. In Imlil once again I was welcomed as though it was my home. Everyone I met was brilliant, very friendly, very welcoming, it was well organised and I’d use them again in a heartbeat. The food was fantastic, I didn’t expect to eat so well half way up a mountain but everything was cooked fresh and to cater for any specific needs.
Travelled on: Mount Toubkal Winter Ascent (4,167m)
Amazing yet very challenging experience. Check difficulty before you book! Itinerary changed due to weather but each day brought a new adventure and challenge. Hotel was great, clean and comfortable.
Travelled on: Winter Hiking Across the Cairngorms
The mountain guides and the porters were fantastic, and I could not have done it without them. It was a tough trip and at times I felt like there was no way I was going to make it, but in the end it was really enjoyable. The organisation/communication between Skyhook and Ahsante Tours could have been better, as the kit list that Ahsante Tours used was slightly different from the one Skyhook used. On the whole it was a brilliant trip and I would highly recommend it to anyone else. However, make sure that this particular route it right for you, as it is very short compared to many of the other possible routes up Kilimanjaro.
Travelled on: Kilimanjaro Machame (6 Day Trek)
I had a wonderful time on this trip, a special thank you to my guides who have showed me the kindness and hospitality of Moroccan and Berber people. Abdullah has 15 years experience as Atlas Mountains guide, he knows every bit of the mountains by heart, assuring all the mountain lovers of a safe and fantastic climbing and summit. The trip to the Sahara was also fantastic, Hassan is not only capable of skilfully managing the long winding mountains roads but also being a great travel guide and escort during the journey to make sure your mind can be set at ease. Mustapha as the main contact for this trip is always on call offering the help in case of any special travelling requirement or contingency during the pandemic.
Overall, with “5-star”service experience guaranteed, I would highly recommend this program for either solo female traveller like me who wants to enjoy some quiet time alone away from hustle and bustle of the cities as well as for families and friends who want to experience the peace of nature and unique North African culture.
Travelled on: 5 Days Toubkal and Sahara Desert Tour
Superb trip providing loads of exposure to Scottish winter weather at its finest!
Course leader Mehmet was knowledgeable, really pleasant and always happy to share and develop a plan around the groups needs.
Would recommend you go with an open mind on what to achieve as a fixed mind to summit 4 Munro’s may not be possible in the weather you find.
Also - the price is for a shared room but nobody uses this they all get a separate room and pay extra. If the option was provided then it would be clearer pricing and better for the hotel too.
Thoroughly recommend
Travelled on: Winter Hiking Across the Cairngorms
Awesome four days experiencing the range of conditions winter in the Cairngorms has to offer. Fantastic guiding from Mehmet Karatay, learned a huge amount about safety and navigation whilst having a great time with a like-minded group. Would very much recommend.

Absolutely stunning experience! The perfect mix of amazing nature, helpful tips from the instructors and support from the teammates. I was very pleased to get into such a group - one of the best group tours I've ever done so far.
Special thanks to the host Jacob who put his soul into this cozy place.

Tom the guide was very professional, helpful and very knowledgeable about the area.
The views on the walks were breathtaking. I would definitely recommend this trip and have even booked another tour for the summer.

I had absolutely great time!
Tom (our guide) made absolutely sure everybody is feeling great and enjoying the tour. He created such an amazing and friendly athmosphere during the entire trip. He thought us few important techniques for snowshoeing and even demonstrated some great abilities of the snowshoes. Thank you Skayhook and Tom for the freat time in Switzerland 🇨🇭!!!

Great introduction to ice climbing from many years of rock climbing. Amazing experienced instructors, who supported and pushed us throughout the 4 days of ice climbing and chose routes to suit the team each day. An amazing homely hostel with all the facilities you could need. Would recommend to anyone who wanted to try Ice climbing.

Excellent trip - was a really great way to spend a weekend. 2 excellent days of snowshoeing with a lovely group of people. Tom and Guy were great guides and I would highly recommend this trip.
Travelled on: St Bernard's Beginner Snowshoe
A very fun adventure with a great group of participants and great guides. The snowshoeing was a good workout and the sledding opportunity was a real adrenaline rush, not for the feint hearted. The guides are very knowledgeable and personable. A great way to spend a winter weekend in nature.
Travelled on: St Bernard's Beginner Snowshoe
The trip was great! The weather was stormy but we still managed to gain so much experience in the Cairngorm National Park. Our guide Jack was fantastic and we were well looked after on the mountains. Jacks enthusiasm and knowledge made every day interesting and fun. The hotel was lovely and Aviemore is a great little town. If you love walking in different and sometimes challenging conditions then this trip is an ideal taster.

Travelled on: Snowshoeing in the Swiss Alps
The whole experience was amazing.. beyond my expectations. Definitely I recommend it and will do it again if my time permits
Travelled on: Snowshoeing in the Swiss Alps
The weather may not have been the most favorable to landscapes for this trip, but can you expect more from a winter hike when you get to experience almost all the possible weather variations and conditions that come with winter... Yes, with these delicacies this was the richest possible experience!
Special thanks for this to guide Martin, who gave a professional presentation of the region and showed the most impressive parts of the national park. And special thanks also to Penzion Sagan. Good food, after the hike and dinner the combination of sauna, snow and jacuzzi was relaxing. The attentiveness and friendliness of the staff was memorable
Travelled on: Winter Hiking in the Fatra Mountains
Just got back, that was Awesome! Climbed at Ozzimosis on day 1 and Krokan on day 2, it was everything i hoped and more.
The drive to Ozimosis was 5-mins and the walk-in is short but exciting, the climbing area is a mixture of short steep sections, with lots of inclines inbetween - great to learn the techniques and build confidence! There was a variety of difficulties so if you feel confident you can challenge yourself within your comfort level - and the guides offer tips and individual challenges too. It was not too cold, and after climbing I had to remove layers to cool-down! Everything was top-ropes, fixed to solid anchors and trees above - no climbing experience necessary.
Day 2 was at a 15 min drive, and a beautiful 10-min walk-in - the place is so pretty. the climbing had a mixture of simple routes to more challenging climbs, it felt higher and more exciting but that was probably the joy of the general area and surroundings.
I couldn't recommend this highly enough, the guides were fantastic and knowledgeable, the experience was worth twice the price - and i will be back next winter for the medium-level course!
PS - Take a camera!!!!!

Very winter assent of Ben Nevis with Sam Percival as our guide. Great instruction, carefully thought out planning, enjoyable and professional. A memory that will stay with me forever. Could not recommend more. (Hotel was a bit naff but not the end of the world - just a place to sleep!!)

Another amazing Skyhook trip. Hike is relatively short, but challenging as you approach summit. Our guide Victor was awesome and supportive. Recommend riding horses part of the way just for the experience.
Travelled on: Rainbow Mountain (5,200m)
What an amazing hike. Challenging for sure, but worth every bit of sweat and pain. Our guide Charly was awesome, shared a wealth of knowledge on the local area, history and fauna. This is the best way to experience Machu Picchu.
Travelled on: Short Inca Trail hike to Machu Picchu - 2 days
Skyhook comes through with another great experience. Our guide Charly was amazing and the food was incredible. Recommend riding horses at least part way for the full experience.
Travelled on: Humantay Lake Trek
Really enjoyable experience! Tackling Ben Nevis in the winter seems much more of event and achievement than I thought it would. The first day of winter skills training was an excellent taster session into mountaineering and the great views, climb and remoteness have inspired me to explore more mountains in the future. The guides were good company and very informative. I would advise that you make sure you bring the right kit; I managed to borrow a waterproof off another kind adventurer but would have been wet, cold and miserable otherwise! If in doubt ask the guides; Sam Percival was very helpful in recommending kit for my next outing. The accomodation and kit provided was good and going at New Year was well worth it for the bagpipes on Hogmanay! Slàinte Mhath! (Cheers in Gaelic)
Travelled on: Ben Nevis Winter Ascent (1,345m)
An absolutely amazing way to spend a weekend! The old school hostel is outstanding providing hot showers and lots of room! A drying room for all your equipment after climbs. Hostel has everything you need. The lounge area is huge and has a log burner fire to warm up after spending the day with ice. The two instructors were very knowledgeable and friendly. The climbing is good for a range of experience as there’s varying difficulties of climbs for those who want to give it a try! Great climbing, great accommodation, great people! I’ll definitely be back for the intermediate course at some point! Thank you Jakob, Ben and skyhook for an amazing introduction to a fab sport!
Travelled on: Beginners Ice Climbing
Great experience and very friendly and helpful instruction. Choices as to where you climb are controlled by the weather. It would be good to have some climbing experience if possible
Travelled on: Beginners Ice Climbing
The ice climbing course was an amazing experience. Jakob was a great instructor and provided a stable platform to learn ice climbing and assisted when required. Staying at the Old School Hostel was a nice way to get to know the other team members and enabled us to develop a collegial spirit which shifted the climbing field and helped us to push and support each other in the ice climbing and reach our own goals. I strongly recommend to anyone thinking of doing this course, It was a highlight of my Scandinavian experience.
Travelled on: Beginners Ice Climbing
Absolutely idyllic pre Christmas treat. Tom and ChiChi looked after us all so well and we shall have memories forever! It's not too exhausting either but you do need basic fitness and the sledging is probably the most scary bit! Day one we were in the tree line and day two we went to monastery and saws the dogs at Barryland. If you are skier, off piste in deep powder can be daunting but in snow shoes it's great fun! I saw a different side to the mountains in snow shoes.
Travelled on: St Bernard's Beginner Snowshoe
Had the most fantastic weekend on the beginners snow shoeing experience. Tom and Cece looked after us exceptionally well and ensures we enjoyed every step. I would highly recommend this weekend with Tom and the team at Alpsadventures
Travelled on: St Bernard's Beginner Snowshoe
Take a group all the way up a sizeable mountain and faff around finding thing to do in the deep snow? No one in the group wanted to do it, it Injured several members of the group, and then this was ahead of an even earlier ascent of the U.K.s tallest mountain - not a beginner trek at all - and obviously awful experience. Our group were turned around 15 mins from the summit by an overly jittery guide worrying about daylight - we still made it to the bottom with 1.5 hours of daylight still to spare - not with standing ever using the head torches they’d insisted we bring?! Absolutely minimum organisation or communication from the guides throughout, we had to text them constantly to find out, and we had no idea where or when our meal would come (we actually have to provide them all with no wanting at all)
Bizarre that all the experiences on this site have 5 stars?! Almost no one on this group (10) has much positive to say about the whole trip.
Travelled on: Ben Nevis Winter Ascent (1,345m)
The guides were excellent and the course was very informative. The tuition was great and guides really helped everyone of all skill levels. All very professional.
I thought that the hotel was awful - it was one of the worst i have ever been to, the carpets smelt of damp, the heating in my room didnt work and toilet flush worked intermittently. There are better hotels in the area and cheaper ones. I would thoroughly recommend that this is changed for future courses. I personally wouldnt come on any of your courses if held at this hotel again. I think would be better if some form of course dinner was organised, would help to build team spirit
Travelled on: Ben Nevis Winter Ascent (1,345m)
Absolutely amazing trip! The ratio of clients to guides was much lower than I had expected, providing a really great environment for learning and receiving feedback. In addition, this meant that the different abilities of the group members could all be catered for. The guides themselves were absolutely fantastic, so knowledgeable and friendly, couldn’t have asked for better. I felt completely safe at all times and have learned so many skills that I will put into action! Thank you all for making it such a fun weekend, particularly Josh who took lead myself and 2 others up the Ben.

Thank you Simon and Damien, for arranging the four-days hike/tour to The Lost City in Santa Marta area. You were able to inform us from beginning to end. All our personal requests and expectations were met! From the first moment to the last we enjoyed everything. Great organisation and cooperation between all. Certified guide Pedro and translator were really professional and super friendly. The hike itself was often tough but Pedro (and translator) supported us every time. We had a small group with nice atmosphere. Good laughs and good cooperation between all. The food was super tasty and fresh. They even took into account our vegetarian diet. Skyhook Adventure and Kagumu Adventures are highly recommended organisations with huge love and respect for the local area and communities! It was a unique trip, one never to forget. Thanks for the bag of local Santa Marta Colombian coffee! We will enjoy a cup of coffee at home. Thanks for creating the base of such wonderful memories!

Nothing bad to say about it if I could give the review an extra star I would, great value for money.

Hi, Houssain looked after us like family. The climb itself was fine, if you have done national three peaks in 24 hours, that is harder in my view so if you are fit and healthy you can do this. I personally preferred the climb than to the Sahara part but having coming all that way I wanted to see the Sahara too.

WOW…. I would give 6 stars if I could. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I am Just back from Mt Toubkal and what a fantastic trip. I traveled with a group of friends, 11 of us in total and we all had a brilliant time. The accommodation was great. The food was freshly made for us every time, it was very tasty and plenty of it. On day 1 was around 12.6km. On day 2 we were up and gone by 4am and its 5k to the top, tough going with altitude and the steep ascent and It’s a long day going all the way back to Imlil.
Was it worth it ? Yes. When you get to the top, you will know what I mean
A massive thanks to our guides Hussein and Omar who were amazing, making sure we all got to the summit and also the porters, cooks and hosts were all brilliant 👍🏻.
I have nothing negative to say about the trip.

Hiking and Kayaking Norwegian Fjords (Autumn) in Lysefjord Wow, what an experience. Rasmus is well organized, friendly, informative, and fun. The cabin was well appointed with all facilities you need. The food cooked by Rasmus was excellent. Our itinerary was altered to suit…

It was awe inspiring. We are both 50+ and relatively active. We had the best time getting back to basics and enjoying the love of the land.
Rory our guide was amazing and knew all the best spots to camp. Portaging was hard work but we loved it. The views were amazing.

Just wow!! From day one this hike was something else! I must say that I am so glad that I followed the skyhook guide and to what equipment and gear is required. I used everything apart from a couple of things. I hired my walking poles which made it easier for airport transport! The huts and food is amazing and is catered for all! We met some amazing people and plan to meet up with them on other hiking tours! Our tour guide was awesome and considerate to everyone’s abilities. I would 100% recommend sky hook!

Amazing trip from start to finish, Houssain and Omar were fantastic guides and even arranged a full moon for the summit morning.
The accomodation arranged for us in Imlil and the refuge were both fantastic with proper toilets, showers, power plugs and the food was amazing.
The perfect trip and I'll definitely be back to see more of the Atlas mountains and wouldn't think if using anyone else as guides.
Travelled on: Hike Mount Toubkal (4,167m)
We had a great trip, our guide was absolutely brilliant - great company, encouraging on the tough stuff (up and down) ensuring we had a fantastic experience and we embraced the opportunity to push ourselves out of our comfort zone while feeling really safe.
There were some organisational glitches in the background, but the local providers pulled out all the stops to make sure we were well looked after.

If you never paddled in your life and want to do it for your first time do it with Rasmus and his crew. They know and love what they are doing and they always do it with a smile on their face.

Absolutely awesome and memorable experience. Cancellations and re-bookings caused by the Covid virus went smoothly with Skyhook. Not once during the trip did I have to worry about arrangements. Our guide Dave was more than professional and immediately created a good spirit for the whole team. Already planning the next trip.

Great trip, well organised, Dave our tour guide was excellent, would recommend.

We've been trying to go on the hike for over two years, but due to covid it has been difficult. Happy to say that we finally got the chance to do it. Firstly I would like to say thank you to Skyhook for being so flexible with the bookings and refunds. I would happily book other tours with them in future.
This tour offers spectacular views of a wide variety of mountains and landscapes. It exceeded my expectations. WOW. The views are breathtaking. It was definitely no walk in the park, be ready to conquer mountains each day. But once you conquer the mountain the reward is well worth it. I would recommend a good level of general fitness for this tour.
Dave was a great guide, listened to the group's needs and adjusted accordingly. I also loved the fact that he worked in random coffee and cake stops.
The food was ok, nothing to write home about. I recommend bringing your own snacks as well. The accommodation consisted of shared dorm rooms.
It is a trip I will never forget. We were a great group of people.

What a great experience this was.
Definitely not for the faint hearted.
This is not a relaxing hike, this tests endurance, mental toughness and requires a decent level of fitness. We were very lucky to have a great bunch of people conquering the mountains together and sharing a laugh when the going got tough. Dave our guide was very knowledgeable and were very in tune with the group and their different needs which he used to adjust the routes accordingly, ensuring all members of the group had a great time. Skyhook is definitely a company I will book with in the future.
They were very responsive and went out of their way to accommodate us during this very interesting covid times where bookings had to be changed or even cancelled. The organisation was great, transfers, accommodation, meals everything was taken care of without having any hickups. Thank you for a great trip!

Had the best time in Imlil/Toubkal and the Sahara dessert out of my 3.5 weeks of travelling in Morocco. Local host from Atlas Vertical was absolutely brilliant, from the moment I got in touch, I was very well taken care of, every guide I had was very friendly and professional, all of us made it to the top of Toubkal despite the challenging weather thanks to their guidance. Food and accommodation was on point, the guesthouse in Imlil was my favourite stay, big windows with stunning view of the mountains. What a highlight to my trip ! Highly recommended!

This was an amazing experience and I am still living on the high from the weekend. It is the toughest thing I have done testing both my physical and mental strength. I took part in this on my own but as it was a small team of eight, I was made to feel very welcome and we supported each other during the difficult times. The event was very well organised , we were provided with lots of information and we had an excellent guide who was great at motivating and encouraging us during the climbs. To achieve this within 24 hours we had to walk at quite a fast pace. The fitter you are in the lead up to this the more you will enjoy it and achieve your goal with ease

Honestly a truly amazing fun experience - the scenery was breathtaking - food was yummy (and plentiful and lots of chocolate!) and the guides were very knowledgeable and fun. The equipment was also new and top quality. Overall an amazing weekend (despite the rain on one day!)

Absolutely awesome, our 2 guides Fred and Vicki were just the best.
I would however like to see the trip advertised more accurately, due to adverse weather the 1st day plans had to change, this should be made more. Clear from Skyhook.
All in all an excellent trip👌🏼

First of all, Fred and Vicky were great leaders. Windy weather meant changes of plan on the first two days. Although this was disappointing, it was no one's fault and in fact it was good that Fred was firm enough to withstand enthusiasm for pressing on! Vicky's catering was very good. There was plenty of food, and it was tasty. On our two days paddling up Loch Ness, the weather got better and better. It's a beautiful trip and I'm glad I did it.

Absolutely fantastic 4 days on the hike and the views are fabulous and breathtaking… the glacier was the best
Joel our guide was fantastic and organised every thing really well and Elba was a star!
Thanks to Joel… the vegetarian food was amazing… and the group was so much fun. Certainly needs a good level of fitness to do the hike.

The tour was fantastic, I enjoyed every minute! The guide was experienced, the views brilliant, the accomodations various but good as well as the food.
Physically it was a real challenge, do not underestimate it!

great walk, guide and company. The italian refuge elizabet was poor. crowded and unsanitary toilets and showers. The other two refuges were fine. Great group

It was amazing ! Julius White is an excellent guide. He forced us to go "pole pole" on the 4 first days so we got to the base camp as strong as possible.
He split us into different groups for the final ascent so we all had a perfect pace to get to the summit on time.
The hotel of the first and last nights was nice, food all along was perfect, we have no complaintes about this hike.
Travelled on: Kilimanjaro Machame (6 Day Trek)
It was a best hiking tour I experienced our guide Joe was very helpful and
informative , we are 12 people in the group and we all have a good time they all patiently wait for for me ,
Over all this experience is over the top and I will recommend this..

We had a great hike with our guide Dave. Our small group was very friendly and supportive. I had a few problems with the technical parts of the hike and with the help of Dave and our group I got though them all. I was concerned when the first day was much longer and harder than expected. It did seem some of our days were different from the description. I do realize that depending on conditions and other factors, the routes and hut stays may need to change. Overall, this was a great hike with so many amazing views and trails. Since I have a some issues with heights and shear drop offs, I try to do some research before hand so i can feel prepared. Dave was an excellent coach on some of these tricky bits! So I rated this trip 4 stars, since it was quite a bit longer and harder than the description on the website.

Wonderful trip, fantastic guide, and great company. Very challenging trails, but well worth the effort for stunning views, cozy huts, and local wildlife. Highly recommend!

It was an epic trip with good guide chunkie and well organised stops and camps sites. Strongly recommended!
Travelled on: Canoe Across Scotland
The trek-to-trek Matterhorn experience was fantastic! It was a little more technically challenging than the group anticipated, but we had the right gear and a great guide (shout out to Dave M!), so it was a tremendous growth opportunity for everyone. The scenery was obviously wonderful. The huts were no-frills, but entirely adequate and we were grateful to see them. I would absolutely sign up for an adventure with Skyhook again!

We have just completed our canoeing trip, It was such a wonderful experience I’ll never forget. On day two I remember thinking to myself how am I physically going to manage this, however with the fabulous high spirits in our group and the beautiful scenery I just keeps you going. I would highly recommend this trip. Certainly right up there as one to remember 👍🏻
